Doing so improves customer experience, prevents indecision, and tells them what to do next. This drives sales increases the average order value, and reduces customer churn.

Our Origin Story

It all started in the mid-2010s through a serendipitous meeting of business people who were passionate about using AI to solve business problems. Soon after creating a prototype, one of the co-founders flew from Atlanta to the Outdoor Retail Show in Denver and secured two beta clients upon returning. That trip validated our ideas, and the potential AI could have in helping companies leverage their first-party data to improve revenue and operational efficiencies.

Our goal is to help current and future clients on the importance of becoming data-driven to help them know their customers better than they know themselves through a mix of technology and managed services offerings, enabling them to succeed in highly competitive business environments.
